Ingredients
- 2 lbs cube steak or deer steak
- 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- ½ green pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 TBSP paprika
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Tenderize steak, roll in seasoned flour, then brown in skillet with oil. Remove when browned, add peppers, onion, and garlic to skillet and cook until translucent. Add steak back to skillet, add tomatoes and tomato sauce, salt and pepper, and paprika and a little water if necessary. Cover and cook on low for about 30-45 minutes.
