Cajun Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese Room Temperature
  • 6 Oz Lump Crab Meat
  • 1/4 Cup Thousand Island Dressing
  • 1 Tbl Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Prepared Horseradish
  • 1/2 Tsp Louisiana Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 Tsp Paprika
  • 2 Oz Jar of Diced Pimento Peppers Drained

Instructions

  • Pulse Crab Meat in a food processor until finely chopped and place in a small mixing bowl.
  • Add Cream Cheese, Thousand Island Dressing, lemon juice, horseradish, pepper sauce and all seasonings to the food processor and mix until smooth.
  • Add above mixture in bowl with crab meat.
  • Add the drained pimentos to food processor and pulse once or twice to chop more but still have red pieces visible.
  • Add pimentos to the bowl and mix well. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator to chill. Serve with crackers and enjoy. Makes about 2 Cups.
