Ingredients
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 8 oz bag shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
- parsley flakes
- pecans, chopped fine
- 2 boxes Sociable Crackers
Instructions
- Makes 2 cheeseballs. Mix together in a large mixing bowl the 2 packages of cream cheese, 8 oz bag of shredded cheese, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, and Worcestershire. Once blended, split in half and roll both into balls. Roll or sprinkle thoroughly with parsley flakes then roll in finely chopped pecans. Best served with sociable crackers.
